This website is provided for general information about our services. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its security or use it for unlawful purposes.
We try to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, current or error-free.
Quotes are provided based on the information available at the time.
A quote may change if:
The project scope changes
Additional work is requested
Hidden damage or issues are discovered
Measurements or site conditions differ from the original information
Material costs change before the work is confirmed
We will explain any changes before carrying out additional work.
Appointments are arranged subject to availability. We aim to arrive on time and complete work within the agreed timeframe, but delays may happen due to weather, material availability, access issues or unexpected site conditions.
If you need to rearrange an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.
You agree to:
Provide accurate project information
Ensure safe and reasonable access to the property
Move personal items where required
Tell us about any known issues that may affect the work
Make agreed payments on time
Obtain any permissions needed for the work, where applicable
Where materials, paints, tiles, carpets or finishes are chosen by the customer, it is the customer’s responsibility to check that the colour, style and specification are correct before work begins.
Colours and finishes may appear different in person due to lighting, screen settings or material variation.
We aim to complete all work with care, attention to detail and a professional finish.
Because every property is different, final results may be affected by the condition of walls, floors, timber, existing surfaces, moisture, previous work or structural issues.
We will advise where preparation or additional work is needed to achieve a better finish.
Payment terms will be agreed before the work begins.
Depending on the project, we may request a deposit before booking materials or starting work.
Final payment is due when the work is completed, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
If you need to cancel or postpone booked work, please contact us as soon as possible.
Charges may apply where materials have already been ordered, time has been reserved, or costs have already been incurred.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including bad weather, supplier delays, illness, access restrictions, emergencies or unexpected property conditions.
We are responsible for carrying out our work with reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage
Hidden defects
Issues caused by poor previous workmanship
Customer-supplied materials that are faulty or unsuitable
Damage caused by lack of access, unsafe conditions or inaccurate information
Nothing in these Terms limits your legal rights.
